This position will be full-time and includes:
A variety of clientele booked for you from day one
Training on how to build a good clientele
Additional trainings to improve and learn new techniques in the industry
Work alongside experienced Hair Stylists, Estheticians & Lash Artists
Hybrid Salon model that is invested in your personal & professional growth as a stylist and/or technician.
Able to use own preferred Hair/Skin/Lash products for services
Hair styling tools and supplies provided at each station & backbar products
Treatment Spaces available for Skin, Tanning and Lash services with base supply & equipment provided.
Flexible scheduling so you are able to CHOOSE what days you work
Be independent to run your own business within a solid brand

Massage Therapist Duties and Responsibilities:
A massage therapist is at Turn North responsible for treating clients through soft tissue manipulation while maintaining a safe and relaxing experience. The therapist should be good at perceiving client wishes and needs through spoken language, body language and other cues and modifying their treatments accordingly.
The duties & responsibilities of a massage therapist at Turn North are:
Provide 30-45-60-90 minute massages to clients by appointment
Be proficient at offering various spa massages with a relaxing tone & hot stones
Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most
Take a detailed client history and note any health conditions
Evaluate clients to determine painful or stressed areas of the body
Advise clients on stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
