I am overjoyed that another successful year has passed for Turn North! What an amazing year of growth! Surviving and thriving in a second year of the pandemic, along with an expansion? Wow! Our stellar year is in large part due to the fabulous team at Turn North, not to mention the incredible clients we serve here. THANK YOU for trusting us with your business and continuing to support the wonderful professionals who work here!
Did you know that, collectively, we performed over $709,000 in services in 2021? And have grown into a team of 17? Outstanding!! And despite my continued mountain-circling as the business owner, God is our North and the pivot point for the business! Yes!!
Looking ahead to 2022, we have adopted a new mantra at the salon:
Do the work.
Love the people.
Be the good.
We choose to serve, to love & offer kindness all around us. The efforts are challenging, as they are for most of us. So much heavy in our daily lives - in our community, country and internationally. And sometimes times, in our faith. When I am feeling overwhelmed and wondering where God is, this mantra redirects my attention!!
Doing the work means being OF service to those around us - choosing the people within arms reach to love, appreciating and being kind to anyone in our path. Those simple actions bring us God’s Grace and Gratitude in our lives. And I believe the reason this comes quickly for us, in our profession, is because we are in YOUR bubble. We are touching, we are serving, we are making connections with people who come for an experience. We already have an invite to love.
That is the birthday celebration! To have consistently provided a brand that is focused around the customer & their experience. Daily choosing to do the work, to love the people, and to be the good! I encourage each one of you to practice this mantra. Heck, come buy the shirt to remind yourself!! Choose to make an impact in those around you and see God’s work in your life!
