Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a 50% service fee of the total booked. A valid card on file is required to reserve your appointment time.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your understanding of this policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email us directly—we do not accept cancellations via voicemail.

Our business hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, during which you can expect to reach someone. Outside of these hours, please send us an email to ensure your cancellation is processed. Our email is reception@turnnorthdlmn.com.


Policy to Support a Calm, Comfortable Environment

To maintain a calm, comfortable environment for all of our clients, we kindly ask that children under the age of 13 not be brought to appointments. However, we understand the unique needs of new mothers, and infants under 6 months are welcome to accompany you when necessary.

This policy allows our moms of littles to fully relax and enjoy their self-care time, while also helping our service providers focus and work effectively to meet client expectations in a peaceful setting. We appreciate your understanding and support in creating a soothing experience for everyone at Turn North.
