Cancellation Policy

We’re here for you…and we know you want to be here for us too

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding of our 24-hour cancellation policy. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we collect card information at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, a 50% service fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice. We value your time and look forward to working with you!


Updated Policy for Family Members under the age of 13

In an effort to offer an elevated customer experience for all our clients at Turn North, we have made a policy update in regard to anyone under the age of 13.  This policy has evolved over the last few years as we work to accommodate all ages who come through our door, especially you!

There is a faster pace in most of our clients who have young families, and we know you look forward to and "deserve that brief moment of self-care. We adore knowing about your young family members and sharing the joyful family moments you show us on your phones. However, not everyone who arrives for their services appreciates when they accompany you to your appointment and/or when they are in the waiting area.

Therefore, after Oct 1, 2024, we will be encouraging our clients to not be accompanied to their appointments by anyone under the age of 13.  We realize this policy may not fit your scheduled appointments and will make every effort to work around our schedules to accommodate you as our client. 

We have been referring several of our young family members haircuts to other area salons to help parents navigate their appointments.  We maintain a list of local businesses that look forward to seeing your young family members for haircuts. We appreciate a good referral to & from other businesses and collaborating with them to help find the right fit for our loyal clients.  We hope you appreciate these efforts to serve you!

P.S. Many of our team members have been young mothers, so we have an exception that anyone under the age of 6 months can accompany you to the appointment. We empathize working around a feeding schedule, childcare availability and your desire to carve out some you time!


Pricing Increase

Beginning October 1, 2024, you will notice a slight increase in prices for some of our services at TURN North. This adjustment reflects our commitment to providing an enhanced experience for our clients, taking into account factors such as expertise, education, and product usage. We believe this approach allows us to deliver even better service and value to you.
