Cancellation Policy

We’re here for you…and we know you want to be here for us too

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we genuinely appreciate your understanding of our 24-hour cancellation policy. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we collect card information at the time of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Unfortunately, a 50% service fee will apply for no-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice. We value your time and look forward to working with you!


Updated Policy for Family Members under the age of 13

At Turn North, we’re committed to providing an elevated customer experience for all our clients. To enhance this, we are updating our policy regarding guests under the age of 13. This decision comes as we strive to create a comfortable environment for everyone, especially our clients with young families.

Starting October 1, 2024, we kindly ask that clients do not bring anyone under 13 to their appointments. We understand this may require some adjustments, and we’re here to help accommodate your needs.

For families, we’ve been referring young children seeking haircuts to local salons and are happy to share our list of trusted businesses.
