With a goal of superior customer experience at the lead, we choose to offer clients an atmosphere they may not have witnessed before. OUR STAFF
AJ
AJ is Turn North DL’s founder and owner. She has 22 years of experience in the industry. Her primary focus is excellent customer experience and lots of visiting with clients who have come into the space.
She works tirelessly to help her team of technicians grow professionally. Her favorite moments are when she can share about personal growth, perseverance of faith, and God’s ultimate plan!
Jorden
Jorden joined the team April 2022 as the Salon Director after graduating from MSUM with a degree in Project Management. She loves being able to make trusting relationships with clients and helping them in any way. She also loves being able to help the technicians at Turn North have successful days and help them be able to provide the best care for their clients!
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time outside, bonfires with friends, time with family and her 3 fur animals, and is currently busy planning for her wedding with her fiancé! and remodeling their new home!
Morgan
Morgan started at Turn North as an intern from the High School for one of her classes and we enjoyed her presence so much that we asked her to join the team permanently as our front desk staff! Morgan is a senior in high school and has plans to attend Josefs school of Skin Hair and Body in June! She loves braiding, washing and styling clients and can’t wait to learn more!
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her guinea pig Thor!
erin
Erin is a stylist who has been in the industry for 15 years. She loves her work because she can make every person that sits in her chair feel great about themselves! Color corrections and big style/color changes are her specialty.
She brings HUGE SMILES and energy to the space every day! As one of the longest Team members in the space, she has been a huge asset when it comes to customer experience and helping the other technicians!
hannah
Hannah has been in the industry for 10 years. Her work is effortless as she hustles to balance a life as a wife and mother. Her passion for making people feel their best is what drives her every day.
Lash & hair extensions are her specialty! She is also the salon Wedding Coordinator and has been an amazing mentor to the other technicians who are trying to grow.

Angie
Angie, with 22 years of experience as a hairstylist, she works hard to bring consistent results to her clients. Her favorite is service is High/Low Light Colors and Halo Extensions.
When she isn’t working and looking incredible, she loves down time with her growing family and husband Dustin. We are grateful every day that she walked into the salon and chose to join our team!
Lindsay
After a three-year side quest in the IT world, Lindsay is returning to the hair industry and her second home… Turn North! Lindsay has a passion for color theory, intuitively hair cutting, and people! She loves the relationships she makes with clients in her chair which is why she loves the industry so much!
She draws her creativity and fills her soul cup with nature and family. In her free time, she loves adventuring with her husband and their three boys!
mARIAH
Mariah has been in the industry for 4 years! She specializes in livid blondes/brunettes, fashion colors, and formal styling. She loves to keep up with all the new hair trends and traveling to get education from the best stylist out there!
Outside of work you’ll see her at concerts, enjoying family time at the lake, getting food with friends, relaxing with her fiancé and their dog Dex, and furnishing their new house!

Cassie
Cassie has been in the industry for 5 years and after taking a couple year off to raise her two littles she is ready to get back behind the chair! She specializes and loves men’s haircuts and enjoys doing all over colors. Outside the chair she is in the spa room for facials.
Outside of work she is a wife and a mom with two toddlers and three dogs, and has a little one on the way! She has a small baking business on the side that she does at home. She loves going to the lake and getting to spend quality time with her family.
Natalie
Natlie is a recent graduate from TSPA in Fargo. She loves to do lived in blondes and brunettes hair coloring services. She is also a lash technician specializing in hybrids and volumes. She has such a passion for the hair industry and is excited to learn more. Her focus is to help everyone that is in her chair feel more beautiful and confident.
In her spare time, she loves binge watching a good show or reading a book. She loves to spend time with family and would love to travel more as life moves forward.
Annie
Annie graduated from Josefs in 2022. She married her high school sweetheart, and they welcomed their first baby in July. While taking some time off to be with family she realized how much she missed being behind the chair. She loves doing blonding services, hair treatments, vivid colors, facials, and make-up!
When not behind the chair she loves to spend time with family, watch movies, and loves to bake sourdough bread! She looks forward to connecting with new clients and making people feel beautiful.
Lacey
Lacey is a Certified Nurse Injector in Fargo and now in Detroit Lakes! She has worked in healthcare for over a decade with many different positions but was ready for a change where patients CHOOSE to come to her! She is excited to help people age NATURALLY and with grace.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her six kids (yes six!), time at the lake, and LOVES Wild Hockey games.
tabetha
Tabetha’s goal is to help clients understand how massage and bodywork can be a crucial part of health and a less stressful life. Tabetha specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, hot stone massage and Myofascial Release!
At home, she’s a wife and mother to four adult children. She loves her dogs, HIIT workouts, strength training, biking and walking.
Kayla
Kayla graduated from M State about a year ago and has been at Turn North since! Kayla’s main focus is to help clients gain their mobility and health back with reliving pain with therapeutic services as well as creating a safe space for clients to come to whenever they need a little pick me up for stress or mental health. She also offers cupping and aromatherapy.
In her free time she enjoys concerts, walks outside, and spending time with her family, friends, and boyfriend.
Alysia
Alysia has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 6 years. During sessions, she homes in on the parasympathetic nervous system and helps to decompress the mind, body, and soul by using slow, gentle tissue manipulation techniques. She adds emphasis on fascial release through broadening and stretching of muscles while opening and allowing them to re-oxygenate.
Alysia has a profound interest in the healing arts as a way to enhance the quality of life for those who seek her healing touch.
CHLOE
Chloe is an esthetician who goes the extra mile to ensure clients feel good about themselves and look their very best. Chloe specializes in Body waxing. Waxing is one of her favorite services, and she is tremendously talented at spray tanning as well!
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son.
ARIAH
Ariah has been with Turn North for almost two years. She loves skincare and helping others feel beautiful. She loves lash extensions and helping her clients feel confident! She completed esthetician school in April 2022.
In her spare time, she’s a huge foodie (pasta is her favorite), enjoys crafting, spending time at the lake, and anything that involves FUN with her family and friends. She and her boyfriend are creating their small family and are welcoming a little one! She’s excited about the opportunity to work alongside a great team of skilled professionals!
Madeline
Madeline (Mads) recently graduated from the esthetics program at TSPA in Fargo. We are so glad she decided to join the Turn North Team! While working at Turn North, Madeline has plans to attend MState Wadena for her AP esthetics licensure. She thrives on providing corrective facials, makeup, and treatment planning/mapping. Her main goal is to help clients reach their skin/beauty goals while building a valued relationship with them.
Outside work, she enjoys doting on her two dogs, supporting her little sister at activities, and trying new recipes! (She makes a stellar banana bread).
