AJ | Founder
AJ is the founder and owner of Turn North. With 22 years of experience in the industry, her strong faith in God and her desire to love and serve people led her to open a space dedicated to caring for others.
Beyond the salon, AJ is passionate about developing fellow entrepreneurs and building meaningful community relationships. She finds purpose in connecting local businesses, mentoring others in their growth, and creating opportunities for those around her to succeed.
Outside of her professional life, AJ cherishes time with her family and enjoys camping as often as possible.
Lindsay | Stylist
As Salon Professional Development Manager, Lindsay oversees employee growth and supports a culture of continuous improvement. She manages salon systems, provides training and resources, and helps each stylist reach their full potential, playing a key role in our team’s success.
Lindsay has a passion for color theory, intuitively hair cutting, and people! She loves the relationships she makes with clients in her chair which is why she loves the industry so much!
She draws her creativity and fills her soul cup with nature and family. In her free time, she loves adventuring with her husband and their three boys!
Hannah | Stylist
Hannah is the General Service Director and has been focused on enhancing the experience for both clients and staff since day one as one of the Originals.
With 12 years of industry experience, Hannah balances her professional commitments with her role as a wife and mother, demonstrating impressive dedication.
Specializing in lash and hair extensions, Hannah not only excels in her craft but also trains and mentors others in this skill set.
Her enthusiasm, expertise & strong faith make her a vital part of our Turn North family!
mARIAH | Stylist
Mariah is our Social Media and Retail Manager. Known for her camera skills, she expertly captures the essence of our salon while managing our social media presence with flair and creativity.
With seven years of experience, she is passionate about transforming hair and enhancing clients’ natural beauty, continually honing her skills and staying current with the latest techniques & trends.
Mariah and her Husband Britton just welcomed their first baby into the family in Feb 2026!

Angie | Stylist
Angie is the perfect fit for our Appearance and Brand Manager, dedicated to making informed decisions that authentically reflect our brand.
With 22 years of experience as a hairstylist, Angie has mastered the art of delivering consistent, exceptional results for her clients. Her specialties include high/low light colors and halo extensions. Her passion for hairstyling is evident, making her a favorite among clients.
Angie treasures her downtime with her growing family and husband, Dustin. She takes great pride in being an involved and caring mom.
CHLOE | Master Esthetician
Chloe is the dedicated Wedding Coordinator at the salon, known for her exceptional attention to detail and commitment to making every couple's special day unforgettable.
Specializing in body waxing, Chloe has a true passion for this service and takes pride in her ability to create a comfortable and welcoming experience.
Outside of the salon, she shares her love of movement by teaching dance to kids, where her positive energy inspires young dancers to express themselves and build confidence.

Natalie | Stylist
Natalie works as a Stylist at Turn North, and we’re thrilled she found her way to our team! Her quick humor and infectious energy keep the atmosphere lively and fun, making her a joy to have in the salon.
Natalie has a talent for creating beautiful lived-in blondes and brunettes. She is a skilled lash technician specializing in hybrid and volume lashes.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys binge-watching good shows or getting lost in a captivating book.
And when we head out to schools to speak with future professionals, Natalie is engaging, and impactful for new students exploring the industry.
Erin | Stylist
Erin is a mom of three, wife to Josh, and a stylist with 15+ years of experience doing what she loves—helping people feel confident and beautiful, inside and out.
She loves creating total transformations and has a passion for short hair and men’s cuts.
Erin brings a positive, uplifting energy to every appointment, guided by her faith and genuine care for her clients.
When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find her supporting her husband and kids on their dairy farm, spending time with her donkeys, or enjoying bingo and board games—with a competitive edge!
ALLY | stylist
Originally from San Diego, Ally recently moved here to marry the love of her life and begin a new adventure — including welcoming their daughter into their lives.
Ally joins us as a Stylist, working closely alongside our talented team as she continues to build her skills and grow within the beauty industry.
Her passion for learning, willingness to take on new challenges, and dedication to mastering her craft make her a wonderful addition to our salon family.
And just so you know, Ally is the creative mind behind all of our social media content!
Kendra | AP Esthetician
Kendra is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through high-quality care. She specializes in advanced skincare treatments where her goal is to provide a safe and judgment free space for her clients.
She also offers full body waxing, lash and brow services and customized spray tans. Whether you are looking for long-term skin goals or just need a little self-care boost, she is always here to help.
Outside of the treatment chair Kendra enjoys helping on her parents farm, reading and baking!
MakAYLA | Junior Esthetician
We’re so excited to welcome Makayla to the Turn North Salon & Spa team! Based in Fargo, ND, Makayla joins us seeking both community and the opportunity to grow her passions within the beauty industry.
As a talented Esthetician, she specializes in lash extensions, body waxing, and customized facials, bringing a detail-oriented touch and a warm, welcoming energy to every service. Makayla loves meeting new people, connecting with clients, and helping them look and feel their best through every appointment.
JOSIE | MASSAGE
Josie is a proud mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, she loves making memories with her little ones, spending time outdoors, and cherishing moments with friends and family. Music, time with friends, and being in nature are also important parts of how she recharges and stays balanced.
With over 11 years of experience as a Massage Therapist, Josie’s passion for helping others feel their best continues to grow. Josie believes that when we feel better both physically and mentally, every part of life becomes brighter.
Jenny | Massage
Jenny brings over 20 years of experience as a certified massage therapist. She is known for her intuitive, personalized approach and for creating a calm, supportive space where clients can truly unwind and heal.
Being a wife and proud mother of two amazing young adults is Jennifer’s greatest joy, and as she and her husband begin an exciting new chapter in our community, we’re honored to have her share her care and expertise with our guests.
