    This role requires confidence in haircutting—especially precision cutting—along with the ability to perform a variety of services including color, styling, and customized guest consultations. Adaptability, consistency, and a strong work ethic are essential in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

  • Turn North is seeking a motivated, licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) hair apprentice to join our salon & spa team.

    This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, real-salon environment. You’ll gain experience assisting stylists, supporting day-to-day salon flow, and developing your technical skills behind the chair.

  • Turn North is seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician to join our salon & spa team—this role is open to both experienced estheticians and those newer to the industry who are eager to grow.

    This position focuses on building confidence in advanced skin services and learning hands-on, results-driven treatments such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, exfoliation techniques, acne-focused care, and customized skincare based on skin analysis.

    We’re looking for someone who is teachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin. Strong communication, professionalism, and a desire to grow in your craft are key.

  • This role focuses on delivering high-quality, customized massage services including relaxation and therapeutic techniques tailored to client needs. Foundational knowledge of body mechanics, client comfort, and professional care is key.

    We provide a supportive environment with established clientele available, allowing you to build and grow your practice with confidence.
