Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we’d be happy to rebook it for you.

We value your business and ask that you please respect the time our independent contractors and technicians dedicate to our salon. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are detrimental to all small businesses.

Be aware, during scheduling we require card information to hold the appointment time and date. If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, we will be charging your card a $50 fee.
